Elijah Shuler, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from York, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2018. He was fatally shot in the 900 block of West Locust Street in York, PA, after exiting his sister's car. According to police reports, Shuler was shot multiple times by Timothy Pough, who fired from a white Ford Escape. Shuler managed to utter the name "Reeko," a nickname for Pough, before collapsing in his girlfriend's arms.
