Philip E. Redmon, 41, was found shot to death on the evening of Monday, August 11, 2025, inside a North Portland motel along the 5200 block of North Interstate Avenue in the Overlook neighborhood. Officers had been dispatched around 7:50 p.m. for a welfare check and discovered the man, identified as Philip E. Redmon, deceased from a gunshot wound.
