Phillip E. Pierce, a 37-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was found dead on January 26, 2024, inside a house on Southeast Sun Crest Drive in the Lents neighborhood. The discovery was made around 9 a.m. following a missing persons report, which led police to the residence.
