In the late hours of a summer evening in Brooklyn, the life of 38-year-old Ikim Green was tragically cut short. On June 19, 2025, just before midnight, Green, a Black male, was shot multiple times outside 541 Marcy Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
