In the early hours of a Tuesday morning, just after midnight on July 22, 2025, the life of 33-year-old Michael Howard of Newark, New Jersey, was brought to a violent end. Howard, a male, was inside his white Chrysler 300 on the 300 block of Avon Avenue when gunfire erupted.
