On a late summer evening in Newark, New Jersey, the life of Naim Riker, a 34-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On August 3, 2014, at approximately 10:22 p.m., Riker was discovered shot and unresponsive in the area of 180 South 11th Street. Despite being rushed to University Hospital, he was pronounced dead.
