On a quiet stretch of North Lake of the Woods Road in Columbia, Missouri, a tragedy unfolded late in the evening of July 19, 2025. Misty Dawn Guzman-Castro, a 43-year-old female known affectionately by her community as the 'clown of the town' for her vibrant personality and penchant for wearing funky hats, was found deceased inside a vehicle.
