Just after 1 p.m. on August 2, 2025, Jermaine Williams Junior, age 20, male, was found inside a Chevrolet Malibu that had flipped over after crashing on Hebert Street in north St. Louis. Officers arriving on the scene discovered that Jermaine Williams Junior had been shot; he died at the scene. Police identified him as a resident of Florissant, and opened a homicide investigation into the circumstances of the shooting and crash.
