Patrick Lloyd Prosper Jr., 24, male, Black/African American, was discovered on Monday, April 28, 2025, when first responders pulled a submerged white Lexus from a water hazard at the Joseph M. Bartholomew Sr. Municipal Golf Course in Pontchartrain Park, New Orleans. Police were called to the scene around 10:45 a.m., and the car was recovered later that afternoon near the 5T box.
