On February 25, 2015, Mario Breedlove Sr., age 39, was shot and killed in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was found around 4 p.m. inside the living room of a home in the 8000 block of West Laverne Street. Mario had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head. A father of nine children, Mario was known for his dedication to his family and was cherished by friends and relatives.
