Mee Vang tragically lost her life on September 26, 2016, in Stumpy Meadows, California. The incident occurred while she was out hunting squirrels with her husband, Lee Lao. According to reports, Lao accidentally shot Vang while they were in the 10500 block of Wentworth Springs Road. Lao immediately called 911 to report the accident and requested medical assistance. When first responders arrived, Lao led them to the location where Vang had succumbed to her injuries from the gunshot wound.
