Sotai Jamin Jackson, a 38-year-old woman from Willowbrook, California, was tragically shot and killed on June 12, 2014. The incident occurred around 10:53 p.m. in the 700 block of East 137th Street. Jackson was in a dark-colored SUV with a 66-year-old man when two vehicles, a white Ford compact car and a dark green compact car, approached them.
