Leticia Arroyo-Reyes, a 34-year-old resident of Santee, California, tragically lost her life on October 4, 2016. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and heartbreaking. Leticia was fatally shot in her home during a robbery and burglary orchestrated by Jose Luis Nunez Torres. Torres, who had previously bought drugs from Leticia, devised a plan to ambush her and steal methamphetamine.
