On August 12, 2012, David Crain, aged 34, was found dead in his home near the intersection of General Ogden and Heaton Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and the discovery was made around 1 p.m. The New Orleans Police Department immediately began investigating the incident, urging anyone with information to come forward to aid in the arrest and indictment of the suspect or suspects responsible for the crime.
