In what was initially investigated as a fatal car accident, the death of 41-year-old Amanda Liston of Crenshaw, Mississippi, is now being investigated as a homicide. On July 26, 2025, Mississippi Highway Patrol troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 3 in Panola County. They discovered a 2015 Ford F-150 that had left the roadway and struck a tree. The driver, identified as Amanda Liston, was found inside the truck with fatal injuries.
