Travis Binion, 26, a Black male, was shot and killed in Greenwood, Mississippi, on Saturday, August 23, 2025. In the Baptist Town neighborhood that afternoon, he was traveling in a vehicle with two others along Young Street when gunfire struck the car; the vehicle, moving at a high rate of speed, crashed into a concrete porch on the 100 block of Young Street.
