Jauquavous Whitehead, a 15-year-old high school sophomore from Greenwood, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on January 31, 2018. He was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a drug-related dispute. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. outside the Brazil Homes office on Browning Road. Jauquavous was shot twice, once in the neck and once in the side, leading to his untimely death.
