On September 17, 2023, Arthur Amaya, a 40-year-old father and husband from Kennewick, Washington, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting outside his apartment on Tweedt Street. The incident occurred while Amaya was unloading his car as his family went inside their home. Suddenly, a car pulled up with individuals who engaged in a heated exchange with Amaya.
