Juan Hall, 37, a Black male, was found shot to death inside a rowhouse in Baltimore’s Carrollton Ridge neighborhood on the afternoon of July 3, 2025. Shortly after 4:30 p.m., Southwest District officers followed a trail of blood into a home in the 2200 block of Ashton Street, where medics pronounced him dead; police later said he had been shot in the head. His name and birthdate were released in subsequent identifications of several early-July homicide victims.
