In the summer of 2025, a burst of violence cut short the life of Juan Hall, a 37-year-old Black man, in Baltimore, Maryland. On the afternoon of July 3rd, at approximately 4:34 p.m., Hall was found on the 2200 block of Ashton Street in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood of Southwest Baltimore. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
