Terrance Deniod Green, an 18-year-old from Flint, was identified as the suspected shooter. He was arraigned on multiple charges, including homicide for the death of Jayla Keel, assault with intent to murder for the wounding of the 16-year-old boy, and several felony weapons offenses. Following his arraignment, a judge ordered Green to be held in the Genesee County Jail without bond as he awaited further legal proceedings.
