Alicia Jackson-Skaggs, a 20-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically lost her life on March 31, 2022, following a violent altercation. Alicia was shot while she was a passenger in a vehicle on Miller Road in Flint Township. The incident occurred after an altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Deondre Dawayne McLilly, who had a history of stalking and domestic violence against her.
