On the evening of September 24, 2025, a violent domestic dispute at a rural farm outside Alden, Minnesota, tragically ended the life of 45-year-old Joshua Petersen, a White/Caucasian male. The events unfolded at the home of his parents, Dave and Shari Petersen, where Joshua was present in violation of active restraining orders. For reasons that culminated that day, a history of family conflict escalated into a fatal confrontation.
