In the Frogtown neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, the evening of November 14, 2020, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Leroy Uriah Spivey, a 34-year-old Black / African American man from Minneapolis, was found lying in the street near the intersection of Rice Street and Sherburne Avenue. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and abdomen following an argument. The incident was reported in a 911 call around 8 p.m.
