In the early evening of July 6, 2021, Kiefer Morgan, a 30-year-old White male, was fatally shot in a residence on the 1100 block of Pacific Street in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The incident unfolded around 6:40 p.m. in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood, where first responders found Morgan on the dining room floor with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
