Tafari Duffers, a 39-year-old man from Bloomington, Minnesota, was fatally shot and dropped off at Regions Hospital in St. Paul on the night of February 12, 2018. He was brought to the hospital by a private vehicle around 10:30 p.m. and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Duffers had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and had no pulse when he was left at the hospital.
