DaShawn “Lil Ike” Guyton, a 23-year-old Black male, was found shot at Mackay-Jaycees Park on Grand Rapids’ southeast side around 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025. First responders pronounced him dead at the scene, and an autopsy by the Kent County Medical Examiner later ruled the death a homicide.
