Quanterrick Montgomery, 19, male, Black / African American, was shot and killed on the night of August 10, 2025, after an argument in the parking lot of the Villa Apartments in Gibsland, Louisiana. Investigators said the confrontation escalated around 9 p.m., when a 19-year-old from Mississippi opened fire; Montgomery was struck once and pronounced dead at the scene.
