Wayne Smith, a 17-year-old African-American male, was tragically murdered in August 2005 in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. His death was later attributed to Ronald Dominique, a convicted serial killer responsible for the deaths of at least 23 men and boys between 1997 and 2006.
