Wayne Smith, a 17-year-old African-American male, was tragically murdered in August 2005 in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. His death was later attributed to Ronald Dominique, a convicted serial killer responsible for the deaths of at least 23 men and boys between 1997 and 2006. Dominique's victims were predominantly young, vulnerable males, often lured with promises of drugs, money, or sex.
