In the pre-dawn hours of August 13, 2025, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 55-year-old Mirtalarellana Ramirez, a Hispanic female, was tragically cut short. Just before 6 a.m., she was discovered unresponsive on Florida Boulevard, the victim of a fatal shooting.
