Jessie Hilliard Jr., 19, a male who was Black / African American, was found shot on Memorial Day, May 26, 2025, on the 300 block of South San Joaquin Street in Stockton and was pronounced dead at the scene alongside 27-year-old Antwane Perkins after officers arrived around 4:45 p.m. in response to reports of gunfire.
