Isaac Thurman, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2018. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Food 4 Less grocery store located in the Weston Ranch area. The incident occurred late in the evening, around 10:15 p.m., when reports of a shooting were made to the authorities.
