Xavier Elsumeri, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2016, his birthday. The incident occurred in the early evening on the 1900 block of East Myrtle Street in Stockton. Xavier was sitting in his car when a GMC pickup truck passed by, made a U-turn, and fired multiple shots into his vehicle, striking him in the head.
