Juan Jose Dominguez-Hernandez, a 20-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2018. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. when Juan, after finishing his shift at a Panda Express on Fremont Street, walked to the back of the parking lot to his vehicle. Unbeknownst to him, two individuals, Andrew Whitlach and a 13-year-old boy, were lying in wait with the intention of robbing him of his car keys.
