Osman Ali Khan, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2021, during a shooting at a Halloween party. The incident occurred around 11:40 p.m. in the 2200 block of East Vine Street in Stockton. According to reports, deputies arrived at the scene to find three individuals with gunshot wounds. Osman Ali Khan was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two victims were transported to a local hospital and were reported to be in stable condition.
