Arnol Jimenez Silva, a 23-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2019. On that fateful night, at approximately 11:16 p.m., Stockton police officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of West Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard.
