Jacquelyn Davis, a 36-year-old African American woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on June 5, 2018. She was shot in South Dallas during an argument with her son's father, Pettis Gage, who was 47 years old at the time. Davis was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition but succumbed to her injuries two days later on June 7, 2018.
