In the early morning hours of August 6, 2025, the life of 25-year-old Robert Lavon Dyden Jr. was tragically cut short in a violent intrusion into a Louisville, Kentucky home. Responding to a call at approximately 5:45 a.m. in the Buechel neighborhood, police discovered Dyden with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene in the 4200 block of Norbrook Drive.
