In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Louisville, Kentucky, 32-year-old Rachael Hughes was at a local laundromat on Bardstown Road. She was later seen leaving the establishment with a man identified as 27-year-old Michael Bullock. The two then drove to the Shawnee Park boat ramp in west Louisville.
