On the evening of August 16, 2025, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in the 1600 block of Washington Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas, tragically cutting short the life of 23-year-old Victor Loza of Bonner Springs. Responding to the call shortly after 7 p.m., police officers discovered a grim scene with three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
