Diamonde Deleon Reginald Holton, 32, a Black man, was outside in the early hours of August 13, 2025, when someone walked up on foot and opened fire on him in the 1600 block of West Estes Avenue in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. Responding officers and paramedics found him with multiple gunshot wounds; he was taken to Saint Francis Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
