Elliott Brown, aged 25, was fatally shot on January 13, 2016, while driving on the Chicago Skyway. The incident occurred during the afternoon, and it resulted in a tragic outcome not only for Brown but also for a female passenger, who was injured in the shooting. Reports indicated that the assailants fired multiple shots, ultimately striking Brown and causing him to lose control of the vehicle.
