In the early morning hours of Saturday, March 22, 2003, a burst of gunfire shattered the weekend quiet in a Las Vegas parking lot, leaving two brothers dead. Christopher Inge, a 30-year-old African-American man, and his 28-year-old brother, Peter, were fatally shot at approximately 2:30 a.m. outside the Heritage Lounge in the Nucleus Plaza, located in the 1000 block of West Owens Avenue.
