On November 5, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, involving the death of 33-year-old Rhey Angelo Obis Cerbo. Cerbo was found dead in his apartment, located near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Maryland Parkway, during a welfare check conducted by the authorities.
