In the early morning hours of Saturday, March 22, 2003, a tragedy unfolded in Las Vegas that claimed the life of 28-year-old Peter Inge, an African-American male. Peter and his older brother, Christopher Inge, 31, were fatally shot in the parking lot of the Heritage Lounge, located in the Nucleus Plaza on West Owens Avenue. The grim discovery was made by Metro Police officers at approximately 2:30 a.m.
