In the early morning hours of Saturday, March 22, 2003, a tragedy unfolded in Las Vegas that claimed the life of 28-year-old Peter Inge, an African-American male. Peter and his older brother, Christopher Inge, 31, were fatally shot in the parking lot of the Heritage Lounge, located in the Nucleus Plaza on West Owens Avenue.
