Tevin Hood, a 33-year-old Black man, was shot on the evening of August 8, 2025, at a home on the 3900 block of Lee Road in unincorporated Snellville, Georgia. Officers responded around 7 p.m. to a 911 call reporting a dispute that escalated into gunfire; they found Tevin Hood critically wounded and he later died at a nearby hospital. An autopsy later confirmed he was shot multiple times, and police said the incident unfolded amid a domestic disturbance in which a woman was also injured.
