A couple, married 53 years, are murdered in their home
In the affluent, gated community of Montreux, south of Reno, Nevada, Albert Musalo, a 75-year-old Caucasian male, and his wife Joan, lived a quiet life. Having been married for 53 years, the couple, both in their 70s, had relocated to the exclusive neighborhood to be closer to their family after Albert's retirement as a flight engineer for Pan Am Airlines. They were known for being active, enjoying skiing and tennis, yet also described as frugal and not ones to display their wealth.
