In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 32-year-old Ricky Jones was tragically cut short. On May 14, 2025, at approximately 11:25 p.m., officers from the Seventh District responded to reports of a shooting in the 2400 block of Elvans Road, Southeast. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
