On a late Thursday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 33-year-old Luis Mendez-Armenta was tragically cut short. On June 26, 2025, at approximately 2:53 p.m., a burst of gunfire erupted at a residential complex located at 6700 West Indian School Road. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two men who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
