In the heart of downtown Birmingham, on a summer evening, the life of 31-year-old Taevon Jamir Arnold was tragically cut short by gun violence. The shooting, which occurred on August 8, 2025, also left a woman injured. Arnold, a male remembered by his family as a loving and giving person who would always look out for others, was fatally wounded in a barrage of gunfire.
