On April 26, 2008, 22-year-old Tyrence Dunson was fatally shot in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident took place near the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Boulder Highway, an area that had seen increasing levels of violent crime at the time. Dunson was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite emergency responders arriving at the scene, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
